No Refund Policy

🚫 OAZ JEWELS does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Delays caused by courier or customs


Exchange Policy (Exchange Only)

✅ We offer EXCHANGE ONLY, subject to the conditions below:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted


Eligible Exchange Reasons

Exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Manufacturing defects (verified by our quality team)

  • Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged on arrival


Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  3. Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions

  4. The replacement item will be shipped after inspection

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is on our side.


Shipping & Handling

  • All exchanges are shipped insured

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability

  • No cash, card, or wallet refunds will be issued


Final Decision

All exchange approvals are subject to OAZ JEWELS’ final inspection and discretion. Our decision will be final and binding.
